I may or may not be the right person. I've been turned away and I've turned away, so we can connect and decide.
Here's how I typically work-
1 Free initial interview
There’s no cost, no commitment. I first meet with leadership to see where a product has stalled and determine how they define “working” when it comes to their product. We'll decide whether my skills are a good fit before anyone pays for anything.
2 Individual and team conversations
I meet separately with teams so they can talk about challenges that they don’t feel comfortable discussing with leadership or other teams. This is where the real blockers surface: agendas, unclear ownership, conflicting incentives/mandates, or alternative ideas that no one wants to discuss.
3 A specific set of options rather than a generic report
I develop a concrete path forward. The result won’t be a 40-slide deck to wade through. It’ll be a set of concrete recommendations that can be implemented efficiently and effectively.
4 I can stay to see it happen
I’m available for follow-up facilitation from an advisory perspective to help get projects moving again, including mediating hard conversations and encouraging new processes.
