Success

Breaking Stalemates

In the build-up to a large product launch, the teams involved became invested in their individual plans and strategies, causing collaboration to fall apart. Nobody was wrong—but nobody was talking either.

By acknowledging and valuing the input of all team members, I helped rebuild trust between the teams and got the project moving again.

again.

Saving Launches

A major initiative was ready to go to market but the teams responsible for building, selling, and supporting the project were operating in their own silos. Each team had a different idea of what “done” would look like.

I helped the teams coordinate and communicate a single, consistent story to clients, stakeholders, and leadership to keep the launch on track.

Making Hard Choices

A struggling project with an uncertain future was consuming a lot of time and resources. With so much already invested in the project, the team felt unable to walk away and resources continued to drain.

I helped evaluate the product’s viability and worked with the team to assess its potential. When the decision was made to discontinue the project, the pressure was lifted and the team was free to move on. Sometimes the most valuable thing to say is “Stop.”
